We serve customers in all 50 states and all of our products are manufactured in the USA.

If a customer is dissatisfied in any way with a product or service, we guarantee that we will replace the product or refund your money, and will resolve any issues to the customer’s complete satisfaction. All products feature a one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Use by the product in an unintended manner will result in the warranty being voided.

In Stock Merchandise:
- You must contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- There is a 30% restocking fee.
- You must initiate your return request within 10 business days of the ship date.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original shipping package, and in original condition.
- All return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned merchandise must reach us within 30 days of the ship date.
- When we receive the returned merchandise we will issue a credit less the original shipping and handling and the 30% restocking fee.
If the return is because you were sent incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise, we will issue a credit for the total amount of the order including shipping and handling.
